Hi there, my name is Carl!

I'm a sweet little pup with a shy nature who's just starting to learn how wonderful life as part of a family can be. At first, I can feel a bit worried in new places or around new people, but if you give me the chance to come to you in my own time, I'll soon show you how much I love human company. Once I warm up, my playful, affectionate side shines through!

What I'm really looking for is a calm, predictable home where I can grow my confidence with gentle guidance and patience. I'd love to be allowed indoors so I can be close to my family-it helps me feel safe and included. A crate of my very own would also be perfect, giving me a cozy retreat when the world feels a little overwhelming.

I'm still learning how to walk on a lead with confidence, so I'll need an owner or family who's happy to continue my training and cheer me on as I discover new things. I'd do best with calm, respectful kids, and we can meet at the time of adoption to see if we're the right match.

One of the things that helps me most is having another dog around. My confidence blossoms when I have a well-adjusted dog to look up to, and I just adore playing with doggy friends. Having a canine buddy would really help me settle in and feel brave in my new home.
