Hi, I’m Sauerkraut

Hi there! I am Sauerkraut, a German food for a German breed! Our mum is a German Shorthaired Pointer and our dad is a Kelpie and Border Collie mix. We definitely take after mum the most in the looks department!
The German Shorthaired Pointer or GSP is a breed of dog used for hunting, they were bred to run ahead of their master and point out birds and other animals hiding out of site. So they are an active and intelligent breed. Given that we are mixed with herding breeds as well, it is a pretty safe bet to say that we will be active dogs, and will need lots of exercise and mental stimulation.
We are very adventurous, sweet and playful pups. We love humans and other dogs. We would fit into most family types as long as our owners are willing to keep up with our training and exercise requirements.
If you think we would suit your home, apply for me today!

My adoption price includes:
  • A FREE 4kg bag of ROYAL CANIN dry food
  • My desexing, vaccination up to date and microchip

Adoption Price: $645

If you think I might be the perfect fit for your family, please fill out an adoption application today! www.rspcaqld.org.au/apply-to-adopt
