Hi, I’m Bonnie

Meet Bonnie! 🐾
This gentle young lady is as sweet as they come. Bonnie has a soft heart and a sensitive soul, and she's hoping to find a patient family who will help her blossom into the confident girl she's meant to be.

Bonnie can be a little scared when meeting new people or exploring new places, so she'll need slow, positive introductions and plenty of reassurance. Once she feels safe, she'll form a deep, loving bond with her humans and will want to be by your side as much as possible.

She's a submissive sweetheart - if Bonnie rolls onto her back, that's her way of saying she's feeling unsure, not asking for belly rubs just yet! A gentle approach and some tasty treats will help her build trust.

Bonnie is learning her manners and might sneak a few cuddles by hopping into your lap, but she's working on keeping all four paws on the floor. She may also enjoy having a cozy crate of her own - a safe little den when she needs some quiet time.

She loves food (especially sniffing it out with a snuffle mat!) and will thrive with fun enrichment games that keep her mind happy and busy. Once she's settled and confident, Bonnie will be ready to explore the world with you - starting with short, positive walks at her own pace.

Her new family should be home for the first few days to help her settle in and make her feel secure. With love, patience, and a few treats, Bonnie will reward you with endless affection and loyalty.

Bonnie is a gentle, timid girl who will thrive in a calm home with older, respectful children who understand giving her space. She'll need patient support as she builds confidence. Bonnie is social with other dogs but very soft in her approach, often appeasing and polite. She must meet any resident dogs at the time of adoption. She has previously lived with a smaller dog and may do best with a calm, tolerant canine companion, as she can gain confidence by learning from another dog in the home.

💖 If you're looking for a tender-hearted companion to nurture and adore, Bonnie will be your sweetest friend.
